Whether it is your first time, dusting off your yoga mat or an experienced yoga we wish to open up this class to the local community for a calm, restorative practice in the beautiful, atrium style space

We had another great evening at Wrights of Frinton butcher’s for the second year! Our head chef Henry Smith cooked up delicious, FREE venison burgers. Owner of the Blue Garden Cafe and farmer Guy Smith gave a live talk inside about local venison, as head butcher John gave a live demonstration of the best cuts! We were also very fortunate to be joined by our local Adnams for the best drinks in town for the evening.
