With our glorious summer continuing, come along & join us for a relaxing, friendly all levels yoga class & drink at Blue Garden Café. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, enjoy an hour of stretching, unwinding & mobilising your limbs, joints & mind. Local classes in Clacton-on-Sea to come together and take a moment to yourself.

Yoga mats, blocks & bricks provided
All yoga equipment is provided, so simply bring yourself & we look forward to practicing
